Compose Variable Default String & Docker Housekeeping #25

Added default empty string value for compose variable to suppress empty string value for disabled applications that hasn't been configured.
Added option for housekeeping docker to remove orphaned containers and images. Running orphaned containers won't be cleaned up. This will also reclaim disk space.
