documentation issue #61

should add 

cd FedTree

between git clone and submodule init in https://fedtree.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Installation.html#clone-install-submodules

and SHARED=on mentioned in https://github.com/Xtra-Computing/FedTree/issues/44 is not shown in documentation either.
