[feature] Mock profile for personalize recommendation #45

  1. The Profile can be predefined.

  2. A toggle switch in the CMS to control the activation or deactivation of the personalized recommendation Profile. When the switch is turned on, the system activates the Profile to demonstrate the personalized recommendation feature. When the switch is turned off, the Profile is disabled, and the system does not execute the personalized recommendation logic.

Changed profile to be toggled using toggle_profile.py in root directory: 214138769cbaa255de2a8d8b52489be4befa9d76
