[bug] Plan a trip #5

Chat assistant is unable to plan a trip. Check the ask_plan function and ensure the LLM is given the full list of attractions if the user does not specify any attractions.

Issue caused by fuzzy search returning empty list instead of None when getting matches with scores below threshold. Issue has been fixed, but testing usage of the chat function has shown that the current method of filtering the POI data is not well-rounded enough for usage.
