getting old version installed after install. #814

Hi,

I am trying to install Siberian but i am getting an old version of it that is 4.20.20.

downloading using https://www.siberiancms.com/external/siberian_sae.install.zip?y=2021 link mentioned here https://www.siberiancms.com/download/ .

Check again, we updated the Version.php sample file**
