Added a Basic Snake Game _ HTML,CSS,JAVASCRIPT #29

Basic snake game Snake can be controlled using the arrow keys and the prey could be taken, which adds to the length of the size of the snake. the more prey it swallows the more is its length. In the future, I would want everyone to contribute to this project, and make the game more interactive.

Hi @saikatdgp2001 , i can't say no to your hard work buddy, but be sure from the next time don't add any games code .. do raise an issue first then get it reviewed and then make the changes and raise the PR to get it merged. don't directly raise the PR.Please do follow the instructions
