Modify clear message behavior #49

By default- the clear message methods will clear all time of messages.

Lets modify the behavior to do a bulk delete by default, for both the command, and the war channel clear, and only invoke the extended delete if a switch is passed, or, better yet, a timespan is passed.

ie, bot, clear 30d
