Dataset for official licenses #5

You mention that official licenses denote licenses from the Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) and that you collect and annotate these licenses for their rights, obligations and conditions. But I could not find this data. I suppose this data should explain the relationship (compatible, non-compatible) between the roughly 600 licenses in SPDX?

I will be thankful if you could tell me how to use LiDetector to check all these licenses against each other. I have 600 licenses (SPDX list) and I want to check each two (roughly 179700 comparisons) for compatibility.
