Support for language and session exist so it seems to only make sense to include support for keyboard.

I've taken a crack at a patch for this, since I would like to see this feature as well.

(I haven't actually figured out how to test this patch properly, but it seems like it should work).

For what it's worth I couldn't get this to work. The patch applied properly and I added "show-layout-selector=true" to "/etc/lightdm/lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf" but no new UI button/widget appeared.

However that aside this is the route I looked at taking at one point but couldn't get to work, so kudos for making it further than I did.
