set window size of file open/save dialog #11

Without this set, the dialog appears larger than the user's screen.

This seems like an arbitrary size and position. Is this patch in use by another flavor or distro?

I didn't pull these values from any other flavor or distro. I set the size to work with an 800x600 screen resolution and the position value needs to be set, though its ignored by the dialog, in order for the dialog to be centered.
