Suggestion regarding the "Find in this folder"-custom action to improve UX for the thunar package.
Current situation
File -> "Find in this folder" has no shortcut by default.
Suggested
Add shortcut: Ctrl+F
Reasons:
Which file manager would not have a search shortcut ( for me this is so natural, that I can't come up with any better explanation )
Misc:
Ctrl+f
will interfere with thunar's defaultCtrl+f
shortcut, which would open the GTK treeview search box. I want to emphasize, that this feature is no a search in the way the general user nowadays would expect. Therefore I see no problem replacing thunar's default Ctrl+f with the one opening catfish.lsb_release -rd

when using control +F on Gnome using thunar i do see a search box it could be an issue with the keyboard shortcut mapping in the Desktop Environment. I tested this on a fresh install of 20.04 LTS version of Ubuntu Linux OS.
