Torrent link for 32-bit image needs to be hideable #1

When the 32-bit image torrent doesn't exist, do not show the link.

This seems to already be fixed.

This is related to the automatic output of download links with the shortcode. Currently, when using the shortcode, the website will force showing a 32-bit download link, even if no URL exists.

To workaround this, the download page uses a manual link, which means that it will need to be updated when point releases are released.

So an issue we'll have to manually deal with during the 18.04.5 and 20.04.1 releases but something we can fix after that when we go 64-bit only in April 2021.
