Updated for SL 9.0 #2

Fixed for backdrop template changes in SL Beta.

Fixed incidental whitespace changes
Also requires an update to XLoot_Frame which I cannot seem to find a repo for?

All the modules are located in the Modules folder of the repo.

The curseforge packager fetches dependencies, embeds localization, and disembeds the modules for release. I'll merge this, and if you'd like to make changes to the rest I'll pull those as well. I'll have to tag a release to get it built, so let me know which.
