Higher-level domain aliases #40

Right now, domain aliases are subsets of some website and package. There should be the option to have a higher-level domain alias that allows two entirely different CP/OLS virtual hosts to refer to the same web dir using the same user but with different configurations (for example, php.ini).

Also, when setting aliases, it might be the case that aliases need to be set at the Nginx level and the OLS level, depending on configuration. More research required.
