More config options added for logging
Massive performance improvements to ingrediant/craft cost update times by changing the sql execute's to utilise executemany (see below)
Speed increase to Universalis api pull, checked API documentation and the rate-limit is not 7/s it is 20/s
Overall cleanup

Current Timings: Ingredient Cost: around 40s Craft Cost: around 20s (time before optimisation was 1,680s)
