…ty rounding to 0 fix

Added discord integration
Converted another execute inside loop to an executemany once the loop is finished
Fixed an issue where if statement checking the regular velocity against 0 was rounding decimal values of 0 (0.4, 0.6, 0.7) to 0 and matching

To Do:

A lot of cleanup
- Modularising functionality
- Better configuration validation
- Better logging configuration so there isn't a point at the beginning where it isn't logging to the configured option
