Please create a script (using cbuild) to build target flash programmer. So whenever you run your hardware-in-the-loop tests, if there is a change in your target flash programmer code, it will be automatically built without you having to manually do it. This reduces errors and headache.
Please place the generated FlashProgrammerElf.elf file in build/release/target instead of FlashProgrammerElf.
