The Blacklist of hostname and URL must be loaded from an external file, to provide easy configurability.
The file for the blacklist must be in a easy editable format, including the "md5" of the hostname/url and a comment to describe "why" it has been blacklisted. (currently we only have a dirty list of md5 hash and we don't remind from where they come).
