[FEATURE REQUEST] .MAB support #10

I want to convert, encode, and replace the music in the FF7 Remake, and it uses .mab files.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Without knowing the container of that MAB file, I can't help you. It depends on whether the file has the same internal structure as ATRAC3 or ATRAC9, or whether the game has its own encryption, etc. If it is the latter, it is difficult to deal with.

I understand. According to vgmstream, it does seem to be in ATRAC9, but I wouldn't be surprised if the .mab files have their own unique structure.

Can you send us some audio files in MAB format? If we can figure out the structure, we might be able to implement that functionality in the application. Sending the files here is not preferred for privacy reasons, so if you are willing to help, maybe via direct message on X, or Discord, etc.
