.stl front face missing #4

Hello, sorry to disturb you. Regarding the .stl files, would it be possible to have the file of the front face for the OLED display? I do not know how to undo the file with all the pieces hanging. (I already printed in 3D the rest of the pieces) Thank you in advance. Fabrice
