Hi, I'm wondering if this port will eventually get the in-game configuration menu like the original mod has? The original mod's using YetAnotherConfigLib and that mod is available on NeoForge also.

Hey! YACL doesn't support forge as of 1.21 and above, so it doesn't really make sense to only add that functionality for a specific loader. Are there any alternatives to it?

Ah I hadn't realized that. 🤔 Well there's also Configured though it's currently broken for NeoForge (MrCrayfish/Configured#148) but, the author's working on it.
