A patient with the corresponding NRIC also needs to exist first before the command can be successful.

Team's Response

Thank you for the report. However it was specified that the view pane will reflect the patient with the matching nric as above. If there is none, the behaviour is as expected.

Reason for disagreement: Without the prerequisite that a patient with NRIC S1234567A exists, stated expected behaviour will not be true as no patient details will be reflected on the view pane. This clarity of the documentation can be improved.
