Unintuitive tag editing behaviour

The way tags are edited can be rather unintuitive. For example when user wants to add a tag, they may not realise they need to specify all existing tags or if not those existing tags will all be deleted.

Thank you for the feedback. This is something we are looking into in future iterations. One of the reasons for this design decision is that if we made deleting tags separate that would require an additional command which would make things more complex for hospital administrators.
