Crossposting posts adds > characters despite turning the setting off. #240

Describe the bug Photon puts post content into quote blocks with > characters despite having the "'Crossposted from' when crossposting" setting turned off.

To Reproduce (if applicable) Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn off "'Crossposted from' when crossposting" in settings.
  2. Make a post.
  3. Click the ... button and select "Crosspost"
  4. See the posts with > characters.
