add ability to increase size of text editor during post/comment creation and increase popup size during post/comment edition

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. wyswig editor is too small. Issues when editing stuff, especially posts which often can have plenty of text

Describe the solution you'd like When creating a post or comment there should be a classic anchor in the right bottom for the user to click on it and expand editor vertically
When editing post/comment the popup should be bigger (wider and higher)
