Feature request: Re-add instance title in navbar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The 1.29 redesign removed instance title from the navbar. Removal makes sense for the floating dock, but I think panel mode would be better with it.

Describe the solution you'd like

I build a draft of my idea.

• Only shown in panel navbar.
• Hidden at 800px width or lower, even if forced panel mode is on.

Public mode

Shows instance's name and url. Mostly copied from 1.28.4.

Locked instance mode

We don't need to show the url, so it's just the name, bigger. I think I managed to make this look pretty good with some of these random instances' branding.
