Scrollbar does not show on Chromium based browser such as Brave and Chromium

Describe the bug I checked that the scrollbar is only shown on Firefox. But, it is not shown on chromium based browser despite have bigger marketshare

To Reproduce (if applicable) Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to phtn.app
2. Check the scrollbar on the right side
3. try to scroll down
4. it does not shown

Expected behavior it should shown properly

It's there on chromium. It's just not visible. I'll try to style it like Firefox because I think chromium's scrollbar sucks.

@Xyphyn Please don't style the scrollbar, It should be usable, not pretty. Chromium's default scrollbar does the job it was designed to do.
