This is a bit of an edge case, but when you are a moderator of a community on a dead instance, then there seems to be no way to remove oneself.
Navigating to the Team tab of the community results in an 404 error.
Lemmy-ui probably has a similar issue, but since the communities moderated are less prominently displayed, it is easier to overlook I guess.
