Using a vertically long image as profile picture makes accounts sidebar misbehave.

Describe the bug Using a vertically long image as my profile picture messes with the account side bar.

To Reproduce (if applicable) Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to your profile settings.
2. Keep a vertically long image as an avatar.
3. Save it, reload the page.
4. The profile picture in the accounts sidebar, instead of being circular would look like it was bit elongated.

Expected behavior Instead of the image being elongated, it should be properly circular. Like how it is at other places.
