Updated the license to 2.0 #101

This license is the latest license to EPL. It added some more exceptions, and it's formatted better.

afaik license cannot be changed without consent of all involved, well it wont help with #86 . also every file contains a header with the license that would need to be updated too. for now license can stay as it is.

well if you have fun doing it ill merge it. but it is nothing important i think.
