[Feature Request] Option to show Full Headline & Option to Resize Image loaded in browser #138

Hello, Please add the following features to enhance the inline readability: 1- Option to Enable/Disable full (Title)Headline Text (No title truncation) 2- Option to automatically resize the images loaded in the browser to a custom value input by user.

what about Option to Enable/Disable full (Title)Headline Text?

if it is shortened by rssowlnix then it is for a reason and i wont change it. more likely is that it is shortened by the provider of the rss in wich case it cannot be fixed in rssowlnix.
