Add background/minimized startup #158

OS: like win10 64bit Version 22H2 build 19045.2846 RSSOwlnix version: RSSOwlnix-2-9-0-win32.win32.x86_64.zip

I have the following settings. However when I start RSSOwlnix at startup, it popups up on my screen. Is it possible to make it only start minimized/ in the background ?

try changing your windows shortcut options to run minimized

I tried that and it doesnt do anything.
