in a search you can see in the Author column in what feed the news are. at the top right of the search window there is a button with a drop down to add/remove columns.
you can double click the news in the search window to go directly to it. note that the search window will be "minimized" to the bottom left of your screen.

+1 We need to have duplicate informations...
try: preferences / feeds / reading / automatically mark duplicate news as read
otherwise to quoute myself from the "i remembered" link:
checking duplicates from different domains is not that easy.
what counts as the same?
i dont see a robust general solution for this that would not mess up sometimes or make it very slow. it is not impossible but it would probably need constant tweeking/fixing too, going the "check content more efficiently" way. links can point to anything not only webpages but also audio, video, rss, etc
I do not understand, but a solution for remove duplicate feeds is not possible? And do not accept duplicate again ^^
being able to add the same one multiple times is a feature. sometimes you want the same feed in different folders. the news are recognized as being duplicates when they have the same feed link or same news link. then whatever you do to one news happens to all its other copies as well. so it does not matter how many copies you have.
1) so you just want a way to find the duplicate feeds that have same link? that could be done. alternativly a view showing and sorting feeds by their links would do the trick in a more general way. but that is all as i explained above finding duplicates when links are different is very complex.
2) an option to not add the same feed link again if it already exists
since duplicate feeds of the same links are affected over all their copies i do not see a big problem here so this is very low priority for me. use menu / tools / preferences / feeds / reading / automatically mark duplicate news as read
and it will reduce the duplicate news automatically.
note: when importing opml files one can check Hide Existing
to not import feeds already imported. however this does not detect duplicates withing the same opml. applies only to feeds.
No duplicate feed search and delete, when 1000 feeds its a problem If i see in results two duplicates news, i cant see in which folders placed original feed and it duplicate feed (i use different folfers for feeds types)
