Efficiency Sliders #309

Would be nice to have custom efficiency sliders built within SWEX or pull the custom rune efficiency sliders from SWOP. Is this possible to implement in a future build?

Probbaly a bit hard to setup, with the current setting system in place. Not really made for more complex settings, only simple stuff like inputs and checkboxes etc. But maybe in the future.
