(minor) SWEX version check claims that the version just installed is not the version just installed #410

I was running v0.0.37 and the "version check" option told me that a new v0.0.40 was available, which I should get from Github. I closed SWEX, and downloaded & installed the new version.

When I started SWEX again, the "version check" claims that You have 0.0.40 and v0.0.40 is the latest version. Go to Github to download the latest version of the app.. That said, the new version works just fine -- it's just complaining that it's not the version that it is. This is all on Windows.
