Help with using this #417

I have followed multiple vidoes and multiple different emulators step by step with no results. I download export. I downloaded (mumu player) I click get cert and put it in the security of Mumu player. I long click on wifi and add in manual proxy with the #s from exporter. I download summoner wars and log in. Nothing happens. It connects as if its not on the proxy or something. No matter what I do or what emulator I try or even on my "newer" phone nothing works.

Ya there is some issue because Mumu doesn't even need to do a Cert now. So I have now uninstall and reinstalled everything and tried almost 6 different videos both on pc and some on my phone and no matter what I do I can't get it to work....literally no matter what I do it doesn't work and my ip that you give me to use is always the same as well how do I change it to try something different

Tried it on another computer and it worked so that means for some reason my computer will not work
