Can !del from game immediately after starting #19

Give users a short time window after a game starting to !del and remove themselves stopping the game and resetting to 9/10 in case they forget they are in queue maybe

Might be an idea to monitor how many times a user does this and auto temp ban if repeated trolling takes place.
