[ #17] Update data path to puree #21

I updated dataset path according to your PR(#19).

Also, if we are going to use Puree URI for all tasks, maybe it's good to update the setup instructions about downloading the Google Drive dataset? Because to use Puree dataset we need to setup gcloud credential.
