Random Crash When Placing Create Belts with ImmersiveFX #25

Repost of this issue from the Create repo, which claims to be an incompatibility with SoundControl.

When ImmersiveFX is installed, there is a chance that placing belts on shafts will crash the game. It is not a guaranteed crash, but it seems to happen semi-frequently.
