Footer hides "File PIREP" button #24

When browsing the "File a PIREP page" and possibly other pages and choosing a smaller screen size by making the browser window smaller, the footer starts to hide elements on the page. We do not want this to happen, since you are not able to file a flight when using a smaller window.

What we want to happen is, that you can just scroll normally and see the needed buttons. I don't know what CSS needs to be modified for this. Maybe google if there is a "bootstrap way" of doing this.

@valentinberish4 Maybe you can have a look at this. Should be an easy fix, but idk 😅
