Fleet: Check if user is member of airline when editing aircraft

When loading the edit aircraft form, we need to add a check for two things:

• check if the user has the right "edit aircraft"
• check if the corresponding aircraft is in the same airline as the user

This is fixed in 45f2c94. Also, we are checking the ownership of the aircraft already.
