Big Notification patch #55

This adds the following:

Notification model
FlightStore Event, not yet working
Flight Status Model

When a new flight is filed, it automatically gets the Status 1 (New). This should trigger an event, so the a new Notification can be created. The trigger part is not working, yet and I don't know why. but I wanted to merge this.
