Course List Not Locking to Top of Page #716

Describe the bug Course list isn't locking to the top of page once the navbar is out of sight

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to YACS
  2. Scroll Down to see the Course List not locking

Expected behavior After the nav bar is out of sight, the course list should lock to the top of page
