Cannot scroll to end of search list #781

Describe the bug When searching course, the last element(course) is not fully in box.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. search of ai
  2. scroll to end of list
  3. see the issue

Expected behavior Just like the top element, bottom element should also be in its box.

Notice how PHIL-4961 is not a complete box, after max scrolling to bottom.
