Issues with Blog #411

There are a number of issues with the blog living here. For one, the blog feels somewhat outdated to me. Perhaps we should consider updating it or taking it offline. My main issue with it, however, was that the links to all the archived posts are broken. I was curious as to the history of YACS, and felt as though it might do me some good to do some digging. I scrolled to the bottom of the archive and was interested in reading the post from October 3rd, 2015. Unfortunately, when I clicked on the post, nothing happened. I figured my internet might be being slow, but then realized, to my despair, that the link was entirely broken. When I opened it in a new tab it took me to https://0.0.7.223/first-post-yacs-is-back. This address is so bad it fails to even give a 404 error or anything like that in my browser. It is just broken. Upon hitting inspect element, I found this interesting piece of HTML: <a href="//2015/first-post-yacs-is-back"> YACS is back!</a> My guess is that the extra '/' is messing up the hyperlink. I do not know where this code lives either, whether it is in the main YACS repository or some side repo that I don't know of. This same issue also seems to apply to all the other archived blog posts.
