Fanart and movie info not downloaded #1597

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Just run the file generation script 2. 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? A nice page with movie info and a background picture. Only a very few movies get this info (most likely the ones I have provided an .nfo file for...). The other ones just show the movie length, and some an IMDB rating.

What version of YAMJ are you using? On what operating system? yamj-svn-r1767 (YAMJ 2.1 beta) on Windows 7

What device are you using YAMJ on? Networked Media Tank, PlayonHD, Other? PCH 110

Please provide any additional information below. The files are correctly named, as I got all the information correct on my XP machine. It crashed a few months ago, so I moved the hard drives to a brand new Windows 7 machine. Just today did I see the info about using mklink instead Winbolic Link, which finally got it started. But now with these problems...

I have tried with both the AEON and SmokedGlassPPP skins.

It might help if you attached the moviejukebox.log file, this is in the same directory as the moviejukebox.bat and includes details of the most recent scan.

Weird, I've set up the childrens movies exactly the way as mine (in YAMJ), but the PCH can't run my movies, only the childrens'.

Your moviejukebox.log shows us the log for the kids stuff, but what about your stuff which is what you are having trouble with!

Well, I do have trouble with the kids stuff. The info pages are all void of any information. There's only the title, and sometimes the IMDB ratings. But no plot, tagline etc.

I can't see any errors in the log file that would cause problems.

I suggest that you a) delete the jukebox and re-run b) for films without plot, rename them or add a NFO file as YAMJ isn't finding them on IMDb. c) If it's still not working, give an example of the filename that's causing an issue Note: IMDb won't recognise Swedish movie names, you'll have to use a NFO file
