I need an example of the above sort. Attach your log file. I scanned 3 sets, on that page is a sequence: charlie chaplin The Godfather Star wars i.e.: c G S

AFAIK sets aren't alphabetical at all, but chronological?

safran, what Set you mean? "Other_Sets" - alphabetical "Set_Movie name" - chronological
Comment #5 originally posted by Omertron on 2011-10-11T15:24:33.000Z:
I guess it belongs to the Set_Setname_1 files because I don't have an Other_Sets_1 file. I already had a look but my log file contains no info about my Set order.
I'm not sure if they are really sorted chronologically since I could resolve my problem by renaming the video files. To make it more concrete: first I had eg. damages - S01E01.mkv, ... the bing bang theory - S01E02.avi, ... which led to a set list in my skins (eversion and zappiti) as follows:
Breaking Bad Futurama True Blood Warehouse 13 Weeds damages the big bang theory
After renaming to Damages - S01E01.mkv,... The Big Bang Theory - S01E02.avi,... deleting old jukebox files and rescan it showed:
Breaking Bad Damages Futurama The Big Bang Theory True Blood Warehouse 13 Weeds
The other way around it's reproducable, too. I first thought it might be a skin issue (though the two skins I mentioned are totally different) but I was told that it's a YAMJ issue.

need a log file and the name of a set in which this sort

Here's the log file. Sets with lower case are "damages" and "the big bang theory"

I am unable to let skins Zappiti and Eversion of the player and how they run on a PC I do not know. But I have scanned the directory part of your movie (Breaking Bad, Damages, The Big Bang Theory, True Blood, Warehouse 13) with skin Eversion and get the result (see XMLs). "Other" order: The Big Bang Theory Breaking Bad Damages - Im Netz der Macht True Blood Warehouse 13 i.e.: Bi, Br, D, T, W "Categories" Set order: Breaking Bad Damages - Im Netz der Macht The Big Bang Theory True Blood Warehouse 13 i.e.: B, D, Th, Tr, W According to the XML movies sorted correctly. I think that the skin re-sorts them in their later. Send me your three XML files.

Are you using any NFO files to change the title or sort title of the shows?
Comment #10 originally posted by Omertron on 2011-10-20T06:01:52.000Z:
No, only filenames from its logfile.

I do use NFO files. Maybe that makes the difference. The Damage's NFO says series title is "Damages - Im Netz der Macht". But I noticed that for seasons the title shows "Damages - Im Netz der Macht Season 1" whereas the set title shows "damages" (from filename or "originalTitle" in XMLs) instead of "Damages - Im Netz der Macht". For the series Weeds I don't use an NFO file and it's correctly listed in all indexes as "Weeds - Kleine Deals unter Nachbarn".

You are used revision 2614 (Jul 27, 2011). Can you scan with actual revision? And attach this 3 files.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When I open a menu with a 'Set' index all titles that start upper-case are listed first then all titles with lower-case (tried it with Zappiti and Eversion).
I.e.: A B C D ... Y Z a b c ...
What is the expected output?
The alphabetical order should not be case-sensitive.
