Original issue 2620 created by Omertron on 2013-03-07T19:48:01.000Z:

Hi,

I have this movie "4 mois, 3 semaines, 2 jours" (Allocine id: 127944). I have a NFO file with "http://www.allocine.fr/film/fichefilm_gen_cfilm=127944.html" inside. Whatever names I may give to the movie and NFO file (I tried removing commas and/or spaces from the name), the generated files are corrupted. Please see attachments (when the file is named "4mois3semaines2jours.2007.VF.VO.1080p"). As you will see, the xml file and the movie small thumbail are corrupted.

Thanks for your help.

I cannot set anything, cause the XML files seems to be an image format. It's just named as .xml

So I cannot see what your problem is.

According to your log file it seems that you have an IO error on your disk:

[20:38:21 - main ] ERROR com.moviejukebox.tools.FileTools - java.io.FileNotFoundException: W:\All_Films\Jukebox\Money for Nothing.1993.VOSTFR_small.jpg (Impossible de satisfaire à la demande en raison d’une erreur de périphérique d’E/S)

Perhaps that's the problem??? What exactly is corrupt?

At the moment I can't help you very well with this issue.

To be clarified:

The attached XML-File is real a JPG-Image (the small one)

The attaches small JPEG is a HTML file.

Is that for all movies, or just for that one? If it's just that one then possible problems could be:

It seems that all files are mixed up somehow; The file extension does not determine what is really contained.

4mois3semaines2jours.2007.VF.VO.1080p.html --> playlist JSP 4mois3semaines2jours.2007.VF.VO.1080p.jpg --> Generated XML 4mois3semaines2jours.2007.VF.VO.1080p.playlist.jsp --> Large JPG 4mois3semaines2jours.2007.VF.VO.1080p.xml --> Small JPG 4mois3semaines2jours.2007.VF.VO.1080p.jpg --> Generated HTML

Very strange thing.

Please delete those files from the jukebox and re-run YAMJ.

If it's not with all movies, then this seems to be another bug than a YAMJ issue.

I have deleted the files several times, and after reindexing the result was still the same.

Regarding your remark # 3, I have opened issue 2597. I don't think both issues are related.

As I see you are creating your jukebox on your PC and using as jukebox path the internal HDD of your C200.

Have you tried to create your jukebox on your PC/server and then transfer it to the C200 internal drive, instead of directly let YAMJ do the copying and creation of the files on the internal drive of the C200.

Perhaps the jukebox created and stored on the PC is OK, then it could be an issue with file copying not correct in YAMJ.

Just an idea, otherwise I have no idea.

By the way: Have you ever checked your internal HDD on the C-200 with smartmontools or something else? Perhaps there's some kind of IO error on your drive ... after several years of running this may happen

The jukebox created and stored on the PC by YAMJ in C:\YAMJ\temp is not correct. If I pick up the files from there before they are copied to the C-200, they are already corrupted...

I suspected some hardware problem on my internal NMT HD, so I reformated it one week ago and rebuilt all the necessary stuff.

I have upgraded to r3636 and added some new movies to my jukebox. All but one are correctly indexed. The wrong one is "40 ans mode d'emploi.2012.VOSTFR.mkv". As usual, I have created a NFO file with Allocine URL for the movie inside.

Please find attached:

Hope you can help. Thanks.

I mist say, that you have crazy problems ... :-) Is the movie from your first post working now, or still corrupt ... 4mois3semaines2jours.2007.VF.VO.1080p??? Also your jukebox likes James Dean ... :-)

But as I mentioned: I have no real idea.

Just suggestions: 1.) Two spaces in the file name between "ans" and "mode" 2.) The movie title has a ":" in it. 3.) Threading problem if you use more then one thread for processing.

But these are just suggestion. I checked the log and couldn't find any problems.

Hi!

The crazy problems seem to have disappeared with r3636. I had YAMJ rebuild the files after deleting them from the jukebox, and they were correctly regenerated! I just can't imagine what happened... Anyway, thanks for trying to help. You can close that issue.

???? Same revision (r3636 mentioned in # 9 and # 11) and now disappeared? Very strange ...

But glad to see it's fixed now ... :-) Close cause there's no issue anymore.
