Better language detection #2622

Regarding to filename.scanner.language.keywords there is no syncronym for English ...

The methods should be refactored out into an own tool and case case-insensitive matching instead case-sensitive.

The language setting "English" leads to no language.

English is defaulted inside YAMJ.
