Separately indexing of multiple countries #2719

Since r3794 YAMJ scrapes movies with multiple countries as a single index. For example "USA / Germany / Ireland / UK" instead of the first country (r3793 and before). It would be nice to index all scraped countries separately, the same way as the genres/directors/writers/cast (e.a. sub-indices).

Indexing works for IMDb. However scraping doesn't work for MovieMeter (or maybe others).

Moreover it would be nice to have similar xml output as for genres/directors/writers/cast for custom skins. See the example output below for Zoolander.
